1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the 1x2 online gaming platform, accessible via 1x2.bz and the official 1x2 mobile app. The platform is owned and operated by the company responsible for the 1x2 brand.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1x2 platform — including making deposits, participating in games, or claiming bonuses — you expressly and unconditionally agree to be bound by all terms in this document, together with the 1x2 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are deemed to form part of this Agreement.

1x2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms in effect.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the 1x2 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Not subject to any local or international legal restrictions related to online gambling.
• Never been declared bankrupt or placed under any financial management order by a court.
• Register as a private individual and not on behalf of a company, organisation, or third party.
• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal information during the registration process.

During registration, you are required to provide your full name, a valid email address, mobile number, and any other information needed for identity verification (KYC). 1x2 reserves the right to request supporting documents such as a national ID, utility bill, or bank statement to verify your identity at any time.

One Account Per User

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 1x2 platform. Multiple account registrations — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

3 User Account

Your 1x2 account is personal and may not be shared, transferred, or used by any other party. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials.

You must notify the 1x2 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party. 1x2 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Before your first withdrawal is processed, or when your transaction value reaches a certain threshold, 1x2 will ask you to complete the identity verification process. Required documents may include:

• A valid copy of your MyKad or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months).
• Bank statement or e-wallet screenshot to verify the payment method used.

Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

1x2 supports a variety of local payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players, including internet banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect), e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost), and DuitNow QR. All deposits are credited directly to your account upon successful payment confirmation.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• 1x2 does not accept cash payments, money orders, or anonymous payment methods.
• Deposits made using a third party's account or card will be rejected and returned.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet in your name that has been verified through the KYC process.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method and time of request.
• Any bonus still subject to wagering requirements (rollover) cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been fully met.
• 1x2 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

1x2 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus for new members, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, seasonal promotions, and a VIP rewards program. Each bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page.

General Bonus Terms

• Every bonus has a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before wins can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• 1x2 reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any bonus claimed fraudulently or through unauthorized means.
• Players who register multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly will have all related bonuses and wins voided.
• Some bonuses are only available for specific deposit methods — please check the promotion terms before making a deposit.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the 1x2 platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been certified by independent auditing bodies. Every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be influenced by any party.

• You must ensure your internet connection is stable before starting a gaming session to avoid disruptions.
• In the event of a technical interruption during an active game, the 1x2 system will record the game state and restore the session once the connection is re-established.
• Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface.
• 1x2 reserves the right to void any bets or winnings arising from technical errors, system failures, or software glitches.

Where a dispute arises regarding game outcomes, 1x2's system records will serve as the final reference. Decisions made by the 1x2 management team are final and binding.

7 User Conduct

You agree to use the 1x2 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment and will not engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform, the experience of other players, or the interests of 1x2.

Prohibited Activities

• Any form of fraud, system manipulation, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to play or manage your account.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, insulting, or harassing 1x2 staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another user's account or 1x2's internal systems without authorization.

8 Privacy & Security

1x2 respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide. The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by Privacy Policy 1x2 which forms part of this Agreement.

The 1x2 platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all accounts as an added layer of security.

• Your personal information is used solely for platform operations, identity verification, and legal compliance purposes.
• 1x2 will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting the 1x2 support team.

9 Liability Cap

The 1x2 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. 1x2 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 1x2 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from betting activity on this platform.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond 1x2's control.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

In any event, 1x2's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have deposited within the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

10 Account Termination

You may close your 1x2 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before the closure is processed, you must ensure there are no bonus balances still subject to wagering requirements. Any remaining cash balance will be returned to you via your original payment method, subject to the verification process.

Account Closure by 1x2

1x2 reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice if:

• You have violated any terms in this document.
• You provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Your account activity shows signs of fraud, bot usage, or money laundering.
• You are found to be operating multiple accounts.
• There is a directive from a legal authority or regulatory body requiring such action.

11 Responsible Gaming

1x2 cares about every player's wellbeing. We provide a range of self-management tools accessible directly from your account settings to help you maintain control over your playing habits.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits according to your budget.
• Loss Limit: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a given period.

• Self-Break: Activate a cool-off period of 24 hours, one week, or one month.
• Self-Exclusion: For players who need a longer break, a long-term self-exclusion option is available.

12 Terms Amendment

The latest version of these Terms and Conditions is always available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. By continuing to use the 1x2 platform after any amendment takes effect, you are deemed to have accepted the revised terms.

If you disagree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your balance before the effective date of the relevant amendment.
